Throughout the project Ben has always kept us informed every step of the way and addressed all our requests straight away and to our satisfaction. He also has the best team around him who are hard working, super skilled and simply perfectionists in what they do. They renovated our home to the highest standards and transformed it into pretty much a brand new home that we will enjoy living in for a long time. We are really pleased with the final results of our bathroom renovations. The Team of sub-contractors under the supervision of the Bennic Team can be highly recommended by us. The quality of their workmanship has been 1st class. Throughout the project they engaged with us (Client) to ensure everything was carried out to our requirements. Ben Hunt and his team are incredibly professional and did an amazing job on my renovation/extension project. They were so easy to work with and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. Their partner suppliers such as electricians and plumbers were also incredible. I will most definitely be using their services again when i am ready to redo my kitchen. We have just had a major renovation completed by Bennic Homes and could not be happier with the finished job. This involved a bathroom rebuild, a laundry refurbishment and a complete backyard makeover including a new deck, new shed and gym, and preparation for installation of by-fold doors from the house to the deck area. During the four months that they were with us we appreciated both the fact that they listened to our wishes and patiently provided advice on how they could be achieved. Communication was always clear and forthcoming, this includes Ben’s wife Nicole in Administration with all the paperwork involved. Ben also needed to liaise with other contractors on our job regarding the by-folds and a pergola and was always very professional even when co-ordination of the installations proved difficult. As well as Ben’s own team, his contractors were also professional and easy to get on with. He provided electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. and was also able to help with suggestions regarding roofers, painters and landscape gardeners. It was really a one stop shop! Ben and the team were always punctual and kept us informed regarding scheduling and delays which will inevitably happen on a big job. They were always friendly and, above all, respectful of the fact that they were working within our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bennic Homes or use their services again in the future.

Ben and his team did an exceptional job on our extension and renovation. The communication and attention to detail was second to none. They worked in seamlessly with our architect to deliver a floorless result. The boys were considerate of our property and I was impressed with how tidy things were throughout the build. Ben and his team did a fantastic job renovating our home. Ben spent time getting to know us and understanding what we were hoping to achieve. He and his team worked with us to complete our Reno in several stages. When they discovered a rotten bearer they shuffled other jobs around and replaced it in time for our new flooring to be laid. Ben and his team were punctual and their work was spot on. They dealt with the old lathe and plaster and were pleased to incorporate an original sliding door in our butlers pantry. Ben only used tilers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers he trusts and double checked to ensure we were happy with their work. Strongly recommend Bennic Homes as a quality builder.

From our first meeting with Ben we felt that we were in good hands. His quotation for our reno job of two bathrooms and an Euro laundry came in promptly, was clear and detailed. Luckily Ben was ready to start work very soon after and we didn't hesitate to give Bennic Homes the go ahead. We were confident enough to let them start on the job despite the fact that we had a planned overseas trip shortly after. All details were discussed prior to our departure, we were given all the time and attention required to have everything agreed upon, so we left the job in their trusted hands. Ben and his team helped to perform some structural repairs to our house. Throughout the entire experience Ben and team were always sympathetic to our problems and clear with what he was going to repair. Then during the job his team delivered on schedule and the high quality of the work was such that aesthetically the repairs were never there! Ben & his team did a great job on our home extension. During a time when sourcing materials & trades people were challenging, they kept us both informed & delays to a minimum. We were impressed by the team’s work ethic & consideration of our property. They tidied up the area at the end of each day & let us know about any major (& noisy) construction happening in advance, which was helpful while living & working at home during this process. Ben, Nicole and the team were fantastic and went above and beyond with our renovation. From first consultation to finishing the job, Ben was always prompt, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Valuable advice was also given where needed to keep us on track and ensure we were keeping to what we wanted to achieve. We now have the best of both worlds by not having to knock down our family home and having what feels like a brand new house. I don't generally write reviews, but with Ben and Jyle from Bennic homes I decided to share my experience with people who may require the same sort of services that I was looking for. I needed a built-in gas fire to be removed and the resulting hole in the wall repaired. Ben and Jyle did a fantastic job with the removal and then framing and plastering the new wall. They carried out plaster repairs on other areas of the house. All work was perfectly done and at an extremely reasonable cost. These guys are perfectionists. They do a fantastic job so if you're looking to build, or renovate a house or as in my case, doing repairs and maintenance you won't find better and more committed professionals.

Ben, Nicole and their team, did a fantastic job of our en-suite renovation. Ben was most professional from the initial quotation process to the end of the project. Ben was able to solve a few unexpected problems without blowing the budget and his ability to communicate with us was first class. His team were all professional and courteous and our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, special mention to Jyle! Ben kept his word and promises, always punctual, friendly and professional. He was very organised and communicated very well and openly about all aspects of the job. Bennic Homes did carpentry work at my house by replacing my old weatherboards and put in a new laundry door (cut the weatherboard and fitted in a new door). The team cleaned up well afterwards. I also found his advice about my renovations helpful and insightful.

Ben was a delight to work with from beginning to end. I went to him with a head full of ideas, a rough sketch of a plan and the finished result is a home that is both beautiful to live in and finished to the highest standard, I couldn't be happier. Odd things that inevitably arise in a renovation were treated as a challenge rather than a problem and solutions were always offered. Likewise the attention to detail and pride in the work they do by his plumber, electrician and tiler made the entire experience seamless. Having built homes in the past as well as renovated this was by far the easiest job I have had done and all completed with the challenges of constant Covid restrictions! We are new to the area (Bentleigh East) so jumped online to look for a local a reputable builder to help with some issues with our newly purchased post-war weatherboard house. At first, Ben and his team came in install a manhole to assess why there were some cracks in some of our walls, and identified that the previous vendors had removed a wall without supporting it properly. We chose to go with Bennic homes to reinforce the walls, replace a supporting beam, and also install some new stumps. We are extremely happy with the end result, and Ben and his team were professional from the initial inspection right through to the finished product. They were very easy to interact with, very friendly, and communicated extremely well at every step. It has been a pleasure to have Ben and the Bennic homes at our house, and we look forward to hitting them up for our next project!

I am delighted with my bathroom and laundry renovation completed by Bennic Homes. During the renovation I was kept informed of everything that was happening at every step of the process. If there was ever an issue, Ben would bring it to my attention, let me know the options of how it could be resolved and would then give me the time to ask questions to select the best option for me. I called Ben on a friend's recommendation when I needed a repair to the fascia and roof of my 1920's house. He came past my place after work the same day and was very helpful and clear about what needed to be done. He emailed me a quote later that night. It was very reasonable. Communication was great, he slotted us in pretty quickly, and came exactly when promised. The work he did was really great, it matches in perfectly, and is solid. Much better than some piecemeal repairs done over the last 100 years! I won't hesitate to get Bennic Homes next time.
