I needed someone to do our carpentry and after speaking with multiple builders, I decided to go with Bennic Homes. I even got him back to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced builder, I highly recommend Ben.

We recently had a full house renovation completed by Bennic Homes. From the very first contact, Ben has impressed us with his knowledge, transparency and commitment to delivering the best quality work. Throughout the project Ben has always kept us informed every step of the way and addressed all our requests straight away and to our satisfaction. He also has the best team around him who are hard working, super skilled and simply perfectionists in what they do. They renovated our home to the highest standards and transformed it into pretty much a brand new home that we will enjoy living in for a long time. If you are looking for a quality builder for any building projects you can definitely trust Bennic Homes and give them a go.

We are really pleased with the final results of our bathroom renovations. The Team of sub-contractors under the supervision of the Bennic Team can be highly recommended by us. The quality of their workmanship has been 1st class. Throughout the project they engaged with us (Client) to ensure everything was carried out to our requirements. The workmen themselves were always, polite, cooperative, friendly and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very impressed with their safety standards and always keeping the workplace tidy. The Team always were aware of the surrounding environment and leaving the site tidy and habitable at the close of each day. One other thing that impressed us was their courteousness and communication with our immediate neighbours. We highly recommend the Team at Bennic for your future project Ian and Rae Crawley

It is my pleasure to leave a glowing review for Ben and his team. To say I was very hesitant about undergoing a renovation is an understatement then I met Ben. From the day we met he was genuine and I never felt that he was only there to make a sale. All he ever wanted was to see that I was happy every step of the job. He was always available and was happy to answer my numerous questions. The team were all amazing, very supportive and paid high attention to detail. Thanks everyone I have now a home that I am very happy with each room has been finished to a very high standard and has exceeded my expectations. Thank you thank you thank you

Ben Hunt and his team are incredibly professional and did an amazing job on my renovation/extension project. They were so easy to work with and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. Their partner suppliers such as electricians and plumbers were also incredible. I will most definitely be using their services again when i am ready to redo my kitchen. If you work with Bennic Homes you wont regret it and will love the end result.

We have just had a major renovation completed by Bennic Homes and could not be happier with the finished job. This involved a bathroom rebuild, a laundry refurbishment and a complete backyard makeover including a new deck, new shed and gym, and preparation for installation of by-fold doors from the house to the deck area. During the four months that they were with us we appreciated both the fact that they listened to our wishes and patiently provided advice on how they could be achieved. Communication was always clear and forthcoming, this includes Ben’s wife Nicole in Administration with all the paperwork involved. Ben also needed to liaise with other contractors on our job regarding the by-folds and a pergola and was always very professional even when co-ordination of the installations proved difficult. As well as Ben’s own team, his contractors were also professional and easy to get on with. He provided electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. and was also able to help with suggestions regarding roofers, painters and landscape gardeners. It was really a one stop shop! Ben and the team were always punctual and kept us informed regarding scheduling and delays which will inevitably happen on a big job. They were always friendly and, above all, respectful of the fact that they were working within our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bennic Homes or use their services again in the future.

We are thrilled with our kitchen laundry and en suite renovations. Ben and his team were very professional. As well as being punctual polite and good workers. Any query was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending Bennic Homes. Thanks to Ben, Nicole and his team. Lyn and Ian Campbell Pu

Ben and his team did an exceptional job on our extension and renovation. The communication and attention to detail was second to none. They worked in seamlessly with our architect to deliver a floorless result. The boys were considerate of our property and I was impressed with how tidy things were throughout the build. We highly recommend Ben, Nicole and the entire team at Bennic Homes.

Ben, Jyle, Brent and the whole team couldn't have done a better job of fixing our rotted roof eaves. They were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, communicative and always did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were an absolute joy to work with. Will use again! Thanks guys.

From our first meeting with Ben we felt that we were in good hands. His quotation for our reno job of two bathrooms and an Euro laundry came in promptly, was clear and detailed. Luckily Ben was ready to start work very soon after and we didn't hesitate to give Bennic Homes the go ahead. We were confident enough to let them start on the job despite the fact that we had a planned overseas trip shortly after. All details were discussed prior to our departure, we were given all the time and attention required to have everything agreed upon, so we left the job in their trusted hands. We can only second the comments mentioned in previous reviews. Ben has a great core professional team of people who are proud in their trade, friendly, accommodating and confident enough to consult with each other. The same can be said about the subcontractors Ben engaged on the project. Last but not least we would like to mention and thank Ben's wife Nicole who is doing an excellent admin job, so all paperwork is orderly and clear. Our project was completed on time and on budget and we couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you Ben and the entire team at Bennic Homes. We highly recommend Bennic Homes.

Ben, Nicole and the team were fantastic and went above and beyond with our renovation. From first consultation to finishing the job, Ben was always prompt, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Valuable advice was also given where needed to keep us on track and ensure we were keeping to what we wanted to achieve. We now have the best of both worlds by not having to knock down our family home and having what feels like a brand new house. We have had friends and family through since we have finished and all have been very impressed with the work - pointing out details I hadn't even noticed about the quality of the work! And lastly, many of our neighbours on the street had nothing but kind words to say about the whole team while they were there, in particular the cleanliness of the site! Thank you to the whole team at Bennic Homes!

Ben and his team did a fantastic job renovating our home. Ben spent time getting to know us and understanding what we were hoping to achieve. He and his team worked with us to complete our Reno in several stages. When they discovered a rotten bearer they shuffled other jobs around and replaced it in time for our new flooring to be laid. Ben and his team were punctual and their work was spot on. They dealt with the old lathe and plaster and were pleased to incorporate an original sliding door in our butlers pantry. Ben only used tilers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers he trusts and double checked to ensure we were happy with their work. Strongly recommend Bennic Homes as a quality builder.

Ben & his team did a great job on our home extension. During a time when sourcing materials & trades people were challenging, they kept us both informed & delays to a minimum. We were impressed by the team’s work ethic & consideration of our property. They tidied up the area at the end of each day & let us know about any major (& noisy) construction happening in advance, which was helpful while living & working at home during this process. Both Ben & his team were easy to talk to and all questions answered respectfully. Thank you Bennic Homes, we love our new living areas

Ben and his team helped to perform some structural repairs to our house. Throughout the entire experience Ben and team were always sympathetic to our problems and clear with what he was going to repair. Then during the job his team delivered on schedule and the high quality of the work was such that aesthetically the repairs were never there! In addition, Ben was always friendly and helpful and provided honest advice when we asked about further renovations. We'll be happy to ask for his help again for future work and equally happy to recommend to others. Thanks again!

FANTASTIC RENOVATING EXPERIENCE Bennic Homes was the best decision my fiancé and I could have made for the renovation of our first home. The consultation process made us feel at ease and excited as we were offered design options and a game plan on how to bring our visions to life. Ben and the team carried out the works with exceptional attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results of our DREAM bathroom! We were so grateful to have been on the receiving end of their expert knowledge and craftsmanship. We have since received fabulous compliments from other contractors and friends in the industry on the execution of the renovation as well as the aesthetics. There is nothing like the peace of mind knowing we engaged a quality builder. Highly recommend this business for all home renovation and building projects!

Ben, Nicole and their team, did a fantastic job of our en-suite renovation. Ben was most professional from the initial quotation process to the end of the project. Ben was able to solve a few unexpected problems without blowing the budget and his ability to communicate with us was first class. His team were all professional and courteous and our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, special mention to Jyle! We have no hesitation in recommending Bennic Homes most warmly and sincerely and we would definitely use their services again. Sincerely Gabrielle and Gerard

Ben was a delight to work with from beginning to end. I went to him with a head full of ideas, a rough sketch of a plan and the finished result is a home that is both beautiful to live in and finished to the highest standard, I couldn't be happier. Odd things that inevitably arise in a renovation were treated as a challenge rather than a problem and solutions were always offered. Likewise the attention to detail and pride in the work they do by his plumber, electrician and tiler made the entire experience seamless. Having built homes in the past as well as renovated this was by far the easiest job I have had done and all completed with the challenges of constant Covid restrictions! I have already recommended Ben to family and friends and would not hesitate to continue to do so. Clare Ryan

I don't generally write reviews, but with Ben and Jyle from Bennic homes I decided to share my experience with people who may require the same sort of services that I was looking for. I needed a built-in gas fire to be removed and the resulting hole in the wall repaired. Ben and Jyle did a fantastic job with the removal and then framing and plastering the new wall. They carried out plaster repairs on other areas of the house. All work was perfectly done and at an extremely reasonable cost. These guys are perfectionists. They do a fantastic job so if you're looking to build, or renovate a house or as in my case, doing repairs and maintenance you won't find better and more committed professionals.

Ben kept his word and promises, always punctual, friendly and professional. He was very organised and communicated very well and openly about all aspects of the job. Bennic Homes did carpentry work at my house by replacing my old weatherboards and put in a new laundry door (cut the weatherboard and fitted in a new door). The team cleaned up well afterwards. I also found his advice about my renovations helpful and insightful.

We are new to the area (Bentleigh East) so jumped online to look for a local a reputable builder to help with some issues with our newly purchased post-war weatherboard house. At first, Ben and his team came in install a manhole to assess why there were some cracks in some of our walls, and identified that the previous vendors had removed a wall without supporting it properly. We chose to go with Bennic homes to reinforce the walls, replace a supporting beam, and also install some new stumps. We are extremely happy with the end result, and Ben and his team were professional from the initial inspection right through to the finished product. They were very easy to interact with, very friendly, and communicated extremely well at every step. It has been a pleasure to have Ben and the Bennic homes at our house, and we look forward to hitting them up for our next project!

Ben was a pleasure from start to finish. Not only did he produce high end quality work, he was a breeze to liase with, as all communications were kept throughout the project. I would highly recommend Ben and the team if you are after any building/carpentry work. Thank you for your meticulous work, punctuality and hard work.

We could not be any happier with Bennic, it is not often you meet people who go the extra mile out of the goodness of their heart as Ben has with dealing with us. With his extensive knowledge and ideas and his efforts in making time for his interactions and advice has been second to none. I most certainly recommend Bennic for their building skills, cheerful and above and beyond customer service and the speed in which things are dealt with.

We recently engaged Bennic homes to undertake a kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation. Ben and his team were extremely professional and their work was of a very high standard. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Ben, Nicole and team!

Ben was very helpful in finding a solution to my requirements. Easy to work with and work was done to a quality standard. Really good communication throughout the project of work and will highly likely utilise his services again in the future.

We would highly recommend the team at Bennic Homes for any home renovation project - we are thrilled with the transformation of our home! Ben was able to take my vague brief and deliver exactly what I had envisioned. From the minute Ben came to quote our job through to the completion of the project we were blown away by the level of communication and professionalism of everyone who attended the site. Ben kept us up to date with any hurdles that came up through out the project and provided us with solutions, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each solution. Thank you to Ben and the team!

I am delighted with my bathroom and laundry renovation completed by Bennic Homes. During the renovation I was kept informed of everything that was happening at every step of the process. If there was ever an issue, Ben would bring it to my attention, let me know the options of how it could be resolved and would then give me the time to ask questions to select the best option for me. I was living at the property over the renovation period and at the end of each day of work my home was cleaned very thoroughly and remained in a liveable state. The outcome of the work completed and the craftsmanship exceeded all of my expectations. I would strongly recommend and promote Bennic homes to my friends, family and work colleagues if they need any home/building renovations. I would like to thank Bennic Homes and their team for all of their hard work and for the outcome achieved with my renovation

I could not be happier with Ben as a person and as a professional. His work ethic is second to none and the communication that he had with me every step of the way, was brilliant . And I trusted what he was saying as he delivered everything on time, as promised. He made sure that all the other tradies cleaned up and left everything as clean as it was before the job began. That in my books was as good as the awesome work that he did. Honestly, I highly recommend Ben and his team. They were all courteous and considerate and I'll be using Ben again and again. Thanks Ben and Nicole for organising everything required and for fixing my dad's house that had many issues. It looks sooooooo good. 🙂 And my Dad is over the moon with your craftsmanship. A well deserved 5 starts indeed.

Ben provided amazing service from the moment I met him to come and quote. I desperately needed my bathroom en-suite renovated and Ben and his team worked their magic to transform it into exactly what I wanted and even rectified some plumbing and electrical items to meet current regulations. I’ve never met a nicer group of tradies who arrive on time, tidy up, do high quality work, and continuously communicate every step of the way. Nicole (Ben’s wife) also provided excellent service by going the extra mile to source all the bathroom fixtures I wanted. I highly recommend Bennic Homes as Ben will not disappoint and I look forward to hiring him again for future jobs. Thanks Ben & Nicole!

I called Ben on a friend's recommendation when I needed a repair to the fascia and roof of my 1920's house. He came past my place after work the same day and was very helpful and clear about what needed to be done. He emailed me a quote later that night. It was very reasonable. Communication was great, he slotted us in pretty quickly, and came exactly when promised. The work he did was really great, it matches in perfectly, and is solid. Much better than some piecemeal repairs done over the last 100 years! I won't hesitate to get Bennic Homes next time.

Ben and his team were professional and easy to interact with. Ben listened to the brief and delivered everything above and beyond expectations, whilst being friendly and informative. Ben communicated clearly at every step. It has been a pleasure to have him and the Bennic team on site. I look forward to our next project together!

Bennic Homes did a full renovation on my granny flat. Ben was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and end result was outstanding. Not only is Ben a great Builder, he is one of the nicest people I have met. Thank you Ben.
