We have just had a major renovation completed by Bennic Homes and could not be happier with the finished job. This involved a bathroom rebuild, a laundry refurbishment and a complete backyard makeover including a new deck, new shed and gym, and preparation for installation of by-fold doors from the house to the deck area. During the four months that they were with us we appreciated both the fact that they listened to our wishes and patiently provided advice on how they could be achieved. Communication was always clear and forthcoming, this includes Ben’s wife Nicole in Administration with all the paperwork involved. Ben also needed to liaise with other contractors on our job regarding the by-folds and a pergola and was always very professional even when co-ordination of the installations proved difficult. As well as Ben’s own team, his contractors were also professional and easy to get on with. He provided electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. and was also able to help with suggestions regarding roofers, painters and landscape gardeners. It was really a one stop shop! Ben and the team were always punctual and kept us informed regarding scheduling and delays which will inevitably happen on a big job. They were always friendly and, above all, respectful of the fact that they were working within our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bennic Homes or use their services again in the future.

He and his team worked with us to complete our Reno in several stages. When they discovered a rotten bearer they shuffled other jobs around and replaced it in time for our new flooring to be laid. Ben and his team were punctual and their work was spot on. They dealt with the old lathe and plaster and were pleased to incorporate an original sliding door in our butlers pantry. I needed a built-in gas fire to be removed and the resulting hole in the wall repaired. Ben and Jyle did a fantastic job with the removal and then framing and plastering the new wall. They carried out plaster repairs on other areas of the house. All work was perfectly done and at an extremely reasonable cost. These guys are perfectionists. They do a fantastic job so if you're looking to build, or renovate a house or as in my case, doing repairs and maintenance you won't find better and more committed professionals.

We are new to the area (Bentleigh East) so jumped online to look for a local a reputable builder to help with some issues with our newly purchased post-war weatherboard house. At first, Ben and his team came in install a manhole to assess why there were some cracks in some of our walls, and identified that the previous vendors had removed a wall without supporting it properly. We chose to go with Bennic homes to reinforce the walls, replace a supporting beam, and also install some new stumps. We are extremely happy with the end result, and Ben and his team were professional from the initial inspection right through to the finished product. They were very easy to interact with, very friendly, and communicated extremely well at every step. We have just had a major renovation completed by Bennic Homes and could not be happier with the finished job. This involved a bathroom rebuild, a laundry refurbishment and a complete backyard makeover including a new deck, new shed and gym, and preparation for installation of by-fold doors from the house to the deck area. During the four months that they were with us we appreciated both the fact that they listened to our wishes and patiently provided advice on how they could be achieved. Communication was always clear and forthcoming, this includes Ben’s wife Nicole in Administration with all the paperwork involved. Ben also needed to liaise with other contractors on our job regarding the by-folds and a pergola and was always very professional even when co-ordination of the installations proved difficult. As well as Ben’s own team, his contractors were also professional and easy to get on with. He provided electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. and was also able to help with suggestions regarding roofers, painters and landscape gardeners. It was really a one stop shop! Ben and the team were always punctual and kept us informed regarding scheduling and delays which will inevitably happen on a big job. I needed a built-in gas fire to be removed and the resulting hole in the wall repaired. Ben and Jyle did a fantastic job with the removal and then framing and plastering the new wall. At first, Ben and his team came in install a manhole to assess why there were some cracks in some of our walls, and identified that the previous vendors had removed a wall without supporting it properly. The Process

1. CONSULTATION

Get in touch with our wonderful team so that we can organise a site visit to discuss your needs and view the space.

This provides us with a greater understanding of what needs to be achieved so that we can create a bespoke design and plan to suit.

2. PRODUCT SELECTION

At this stage of the process, you will sit down with our friendly staff and select your fittings, fixtures and finishes.

The hard work put in throughout this phase pays off dividends down the track as it lays the foundations for the entire project.

3. FORMAL PROPOSAL

At this point, Bennic Homes has everything we need to provide you with a highly detailed and accurate estimate for the proposed scope of work.

Together we will revise and fine tune the scope to make sure that you are happy and in full understanding of the particulars. Once satisfied, we will progress to signing building contracts and purchasing domestic building insurance. At this point, we will require a deposit to secure your position in our upcoming schedule and commence the procurement of the required materials.

4. FINAL SITE MEASURE

Upon acceptance of our proposal, our team of highly skilled tradesman will conduct the production phase site measure.

We always make sure we measure twice, so we only have to cut once.

Plans are now at a stage where they are ready to be finalised and production/delivery times can be confirmed.

5. CONSTRUCTION

This is the moment that everything starts to take shape, and you start to see the results of all your hard work and investment. Our construction team will start by protecting the floors and establishing the site. We take a great amount of care through this stage and always treat your home as if it was our own.
